We believe in transparent pricing, but we also think it matters to look at what you're actually getting for that investment.
If you've budgeted around at least $6,000
for your venue and additional amounts for accommodations,
you're in the range for a Full Inn Experience.
And when your wedding venue is also where your closest people are staying? The math starts to look a little different.
Your venue is also your hotel. One investment covers the place you celebrate and accommodations for up to 20 of your closest people.
Get ready without the rush. No separate bridal suite or getting-ready location to book, then figure out how everyone gets from there to the wedding.
Transportation gets a whole lot simpler. Your inner circle is already where the wedding is happening. Fewer cars, transfers, rideshares, and moving parts to coordinate. Plus, we have a transportation service on site for group tours or airport runs.
You have a home base for the entire trip. Instead of everyone scattering around Sedona, there's one place to meet, make plans, hang out, and regroup.

How much does the "inn takeover" cost?
If you’ve made it this far, you should already have our pricing guide in your inbox. But here’s the important part: there isn’t one flat number for every wedding. Pricing depends on your date, season, how you want to use the property, and the experience you’re planning. For a full inn takeover, couples should plan for the wedding venue package plus the cost of reserving all 10 rooms and suites. Room rates vary by season, and your guests will likely cover some or all of their own accommodations.
We’d rather help you look at the real numbers for your wedding than throw out a starting price that doesn’t tell you much. That’s exactly what your call or tour is for. Think of the pricing guide as a starting point. Tell us what matters most to you, and we’ll help you figure out what makes sense for the wedding experience you’re planning.
how many people can stay at the lantern light inn?
A full inn takeover includes all 10 rooms and suites, with accommodations for up to 20 overnight guests. You decide who stays onsite, whether that’s your wedding party, closest family, best friends, or a mix of your favorite people.
Your wedding can still include up to 50 guests. The 20-person limit applies only to overnight accommodations at the inn.
can other wedding-related events be held at the inn and wedding gardens?
Absolutely. Lantern Light Inn can be more than the place you say “I do.” Couples can host rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, farewell brunches, and even uniquely Sedona experiences like group meditation or sound bowl ceremonies.
With your closest people staying onsite, you can turn a few hours of celebration into a full wedding weekend, with more time together and fewer goodbyes between events. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll help you explore what’s possible.
Can we choose our own wedding vendors?
Nope. You’re welcome to choose the vendors that feel right for your wedding. We do have a preferred list of photographers, florists, caterers, bartenders, and other local pros we trust, many of whom already know the property well. It’s there if you want the recommendations, not because you’re required to use them.
is there a minimum stay for a full in takeover?
Just one night. That said, many couples choose to reserve the inn for two nights so there’s more time to settle in, celebrate, and enjoy having everyone together without packing the entire experience into one day.
